There was a line out the door early Tuesday morning in Virginia Beach — and this time, it wasn’t for voting! More than 200 people turned out to celebrate the grand opening of Raising Cane’s on Lynnhaven Parkway. The first eager customer arrived at 3 a.m., and 20 lucky fans scored free Cane’s for a year!
