Casa Contour Medspa & Wellness
When Casa Contour opened its doors in 2023, it marked the beginning of a vision decades in the making. Founder and lead nurse-practitioner, Ellen, brings 21 years of healthcare experience to the med-spa, having served as a psychiatric mental-health NP before transitioning into aesthetic care after experiencing COVID-era burnout. Her journey into medical aesthetics wasn’t just a change of pace — it was a calling to combine her medical expertise with her passion for uplifting people from the inside out.

At the heart of Casa Contour is a commitment to empowering clients to “feel good inside and out.” Ellen’s philosophy marries mental and emotional well-being with aesthetic care — offering personalized treatments that extend beyond surface beauty to foster lasting self-assurance. It’s not simply about improving appearances; it’s about nurturing self-esteem, helping each person feel seen, valued, and confident in their own skin.
Creating this safe, supportive space for transformation — both physical and emotional — is what sets Casa Contour apart. Treatments are tailored not just for external results, but for enhancing overall well-being and inner balance.

What drives Ellen every day is the chance to make people feel confident and empowered. She relishes the blend of science and artistry, designing individualized treatment plans while forging real human connections. “Every day brings a unique mix of science, artistry, and human connection,” she says, and the payoff is profound: she witnesses more than physical transformations — she sees renewed self-esteem, hope, and joy.
She finds real fulfillment when patients leave not only looking different but feeling different, often carrying with them a brighter outlook on themselves — inside and out.
For Ellen, Casa Contour is more than a business — it’s a ministry of care. Her heartfelt hope for the community is simple but profound: that people will uplift each other, pursue progress over perfection, and embrace compassion, purpose, and inner beauty. She envisions a community where self-care and mutual support go hand in hand.
Through her work, Ellen seeks to restore confidence, encourage healing, and remind everyone she meets that they’re “fearfully and wonderfully made.”
While aesthetics is serious business, Casa Contour doesn’t take itself too seriously — especially when it comes to making clients feel comfortable. Ellen laughs when she says she should have “Botox & Therapy” on the sign, because once clients settle into the chair, they often “laugh, cry, and solve half of life’s problems together.”
Good music, great conversation, and celebrating every before-and-after like a form of art turn daily work into moments of connection. For Ellen and her team, the workday is not just about treatments — it’s about people, stories, and shared laughter.

Ellen is not just a dedicated practitioner — she’s a wife and proud mom who manages a bustling household while running a full med-spa, fueled by coffee and grace. Her husband, Jeff, provides stability, while their two children, Lucas and Sophia, keep life lively and full of energy.
Living in Virginia Beach, the family loves being part of a close-knit community. They try to give back wherever they can — from supporting local causes to cheering on other small businesses.
At Casa Contour, Ellen has built more than a med-spa — she’s built a space where wellness, family values, and care converge. It’s a place where transformation is more than skin deep, and where every client is seen, heard, and celebrated.
