The Sitio, a 20-room boutique hotel, blends surf culture, art, music, and design into a highly curated experience that feels more like a creative escape than a traditional hotel.

Inside, guests will find light-filled rooms with natural textures, custom surf racks, Belgian Libeco linens, and thoughtful local touches throughout. Several rooms even feature private balconies overlooking the surf lagoon, creating a stay that feels elevated yet relaxed. Art plays a huge role in the experience too, with pieces from both local creators and internationally recognized artists giving the space a global, design-forward energy.

What makes The Sitio especially exciting is the way it merges hospitality with culture. From playlists curated by Pharrell’s team to locally handcrafted details and year-round programming, the hotel is designed to be more than just a place to sleep. It is meant to be a place to connect, recharge, and experience something new right here in Virginia Beach.
